Arrive in the Center of It All
Downtown West Palm Beach is remarkably accessible. Palm Beach International Airport is only a short drive from downtown, while the Brightline West Palm Beach station brings travelers directly into the city from Miami, Aventura, Fort Lauderdale, Boca Raton and Orlando.
Brightline passengers arrive within walking distance of downtown restaurants, cultural attractions and residential buildings. Brightline also offers bicycle rentals and connections to local electric transportation, making it possible to enjoy much of downtown without relying on a car.

Where to Stay in Downtown West Palm Beach
The Ben, Autograph Collection
Located directly on the downtown waterfront, The Ben offers views across the Intracoastal toward Palm Beach Island. Canopy by Hilton West Palm Beach Downtown
The stylish hotel near CityPlace is Canopy by Hilton, not Marriott. Canopy by Hilton West Palm Beach Downtown is located at 380 Trinity Place and features the Treehouse rooftop lounge, a rooftop pool and panoramic city views.
Its location is convenient to CityPlace, downtown restaurants, the Norton Museum, Kravis Center and the convention district.
Hilton West Palm Beach
Hilton West Palm Beach is located at 600 Okeechobee Boulevard beside CityPlace. It connects directly to the Palm Beach County Convention Center by a covered walkway and offers a resort-style pool, restaurants, live entertainment, fitness activities and outdoor yoga classes.
This is a particularly convenient choice for convention visitors who still want a resort-style experience.
West Palm Beach Marriott
The West Palm Beach Marriott is another convenient option near Okeechobee Boulevard, the convention center, Kravis Center and CityPlace.
There are two Marriott-affiliated choices to distinguish: The Ben, Autograph Collection, and the West Palm Beach Marriott.
Cross the Water to Palm Beach Island
Two principal bridges connect central West Palm Beach to Palm Beach Island:
- The Flagler Memorial Bridge, also known as the North Bridge, connects West Palm Beach to Royal Poinciana Way.
- The Royal Park Bridge, near Okeechobee Boulevard, connects to Royal Palm Way on Palm Beach Island.
Farther south, the Southern Boulevard Bridge provides another connection to the southern portion of Palm Beach.
The Breakers Palm Beach

Four Seasons Resort Palm Beach
Farther south on Palm Beach Island, the Four Seasons Resort Palm Beach offers a more secluded oceanfront experience at 2800 South Ocean Boulevard.
Eau Palm Beach Resort & Spa
Travel farther south to Manalapan and you will find Eau Palm Beach Resort & Spa. Visitors who remember the former Ritz-Carlton Palm Beach should know that the property is now Eau Palm Beach.

CityPlace, RH Rooftop and the Convention District
CityPlace combines restaurants, boutiques, residences, public spaces and fountains in the center of downtown. The area is also home to RH Rooftop Restaurant, located above the striking Restoration Hardware building.
The Kravis Center for the Performing Arts and Palm Beach County Convention Center are nearby, making this district especially convenient for visitors attending performances, business meetings or major events.

Forté on Flagler
Forté on Flagler is an intimate ultra-luxury condominium on South Flagler Drive.
Its boutique scale, limited number of residences and expansive waterfront homes distinguish it from the larger towers. It offers a private residential experience near Palm Beach Island, the Norton Museum and the South Flagler waterfront promenade.
South Flagler House

The Ritz-Carlton Residences, Palm Beach Gardens
Farther north, The Ritz-Carlton Residences, Palm Beach Gardens is located at 2200 PGA Boulevard along the North Palm Beach Waterway.
This property is not in downtown West Palm Beach, so it should appear near the northern edge of the lifestyle map, close to Palm Beach Gardens and PGA National.
The gated waterfront development includes three low-rise residential buildings, Ritz-Carlton services, resort-style amenities and a private marina. It may appeal especially to buyers who want boating access, golf, privacy and a quieter residential setting while remaining within reach of West Palm Beach and Palm Beach Island.
The Nora District
The developing Nora District—named for North Railroad Avenue—is creating a walkable lifestyle destination north of downtown with restored warehouse buildings, restaurants, specialty shops and new hospitality and residential plans.
The forthcoming Nora Hotel and future residences should be identified separately from downtown’s completed rental communities.
